Please read carefully the general conditions below. These terms and conditions, which are subject to change, are applicable to all users and visitors of Flair-atelier.com. 
By accessing the website you agree to be fully bound to these terms, whether or not you register on the Website or log in with your account.
 
(1) General Disclaimer
Flair Atelier Ltd  fulfils a customer order in accordance with our obligations under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Sale and Supply of Goods to consumers Regulations 2002.
 
(2) Use of Products
All Flair Atelier Ltd garments are solely for personal use and we will not be liable for any loss resulting from commercial use of our products.
 
(3) Legal Jurisdiction
All our customer contracts are governed by English law and shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
 
(4) Customer Care 
Our aim at Flair Atelier is to ensure your complete satisfaction. Should you have any question, any issue or simply need any suggestion, please book a call, send us an email on info@flair-atelier.com or fill out the form in the section Contact Us for the fastest response. We are committed to reply to all questions within 24 hours Monday to Friday. 
 
(5) Description of goods and Styles
Whilst we try to ensure that the Website contains accurate information, we can't guarantee nor (to the extent permitted by law) do we warrant that the information on the Website, including but not limited to descriptions and depictions of materials, colours and styles, is up-to-date, complete or error free. 
 All designs, samples, drawings and descriptions including (without limitation) all images, designs, and descriptions on this Website, are published by us for the sole purpose of giving the best possible idea of the product.
 The colour of images on this Website may be limited by the technology which is used by you to access this Website. Different monitors and browsers also provide different shades and colours. Therefore, although we strive to achieve the best image quality and clarity, we can't guarantee that any images, colours or shades will look the same on every display or browser that you may use. 
Garments ordered at different times may vary slightly. This is because we are continuously committed to improve the style and the design of our shirts, and because the same fabric colours may vary slightly, as different bolts of material may have slight variations in colour shades. Should any other problems occur, please contact us so we can find the best solution.
The colour and texture of material may vary. As all our products are hand-made, you are buying a totally unique item. 
In order to see and feel the individual fabrics, we recommend contacting us to order a swatches kit (Cost £5) delivered within a week in UK. Please contact our Customer Service.
 
(6) Order
Flair Atelier offers custom clothing for women. You will be requested to choose the features of the garment. The final price will vary according to your choices of features. On the Website you will find detailed product descriptions and visualizations of the products that can be acquired. 
We will inform you as soon as possible, if the product you have requested is not available or differs from your requirements and, if you agree so, we may offer an alternative product of equivalent or higher quality, or of equal value.
Please keep in mind that your order will only be processed if you have placed the order correctly and we received authorization from your payment card. The manufacturing of products commences as soon as we have received confirmation of your payment.
It is your responsibility to ensure all details provided are correct. It is very important that you check all details in your confirmation email.
Once an order has been placed, it can be modified within 24 hours.
If you've made a mistake on your order, please contact us as soon as possible; if your goods have not yet gone into production at our atelier, we will endeavour (although cannot guarantee) to make any adjustments necessary to your order.
We reserve the right to reject, for any reason, any order to purchase. This might happen if an item is out of stock or we detect an error in price or description on our Website. In addition, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product which may be ordered.
 
(7) Order cancellation
It is understood that an order once finalised and confirmed, cannot be cancelled upon the commencement of the manufacturing process. Any agreement to cancel after the manufacturing commences is at the discretion of Flair Atelier Ltd. Please refer to section (12) for our return and exchange policy.  
Aside for an agreement with Flair Atelier, please note that legally you cannot cancel a contract for the supply of products that have been substantially personalised or made to your own unique bespoke specifications, unless such products were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered. (8) Measurement and Sizes 
All our  garments are manufactured on the basis of the standard size or measurements and indications which you, or our Travelling Tailors have provided. The standard measurements refer to the size of the finished garment. Flair Atelier's sizes, available from 6 to 14, refer to the average body build. Please see our size chart for all garment measurements: 
All Flair Atelier's garments are custom-made, in standard size or to the measurements taken by you or by a Flair Atelier Traveling Tailor. If you take your measures by yourself is your responsibility to ensure all details provided are correct. Flair Atelier Ltd shall not be held liable for any size variations due to weight gain or loss. 
We make each item especially for you so we are grateful if you avoid purchasing multiple sizes to try on. 
If your measurements change in time, we can arrange for the garment to be altered to fit you and are very happy to provide you with a quote for the cost.
Our tailors will be available to advise you on the most suitable size and fit for you, and will do our best to accommodate any special requests. Contact us on Customer Care.
 
(9) Prices
Prices displayed on this website include 20% VAT. The final amount of the order will be displayed in the shopping cart together with any discount code and shipping costs when applicable, and no extra charges will apply. The shipment of orders is always duty-free within the EU.   
Customs duties may be payable only if your domicile is situated outside the European Union. The actual value of any duties to be paid is calculated by the customs officials at the moment of the goods' inspection and therefore cannot be calculated 'a priori'. The collection of said duties shall be the responsibility of the courier in charge of consignment.
We reserve the right to make changes regarding the price, description and/or availability of products without notice. 
 
(10) Payment
You may choose from among the following payment options:

Bank transfer
Payment by credit card or PayPal account occurs through the secure PayPal systems in real time. In both cases Flair Atelier does not acquire any payment details (credit card details or PayPal code) of users. The manufacturing of products commences as soon as we have received confirmation of your payment.
 
(11) Delivery and Receipt of goods
All orders are generally dispatched within 2 weeks from the date of payment. However it is important to note that during our peak periods, demand can be very high and delays in delivering goods can sometimes occur. We will make sure we communicate of any delay promptly. We have entrusted Royal Mail, TNT and DHL to deliver our products.
Delivery will be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering. Please make sure you let us know of any changes of address. Flair Atelier Ltd will not be responsible for delays resulting from situations within the customer control, such as the recipient not being available to accept delivery, or incorrect delivery details supplied.
If your goods fail to arrive, please ensure you contact us within 2 weeks from the date of our shipping confirmation email. After this time has passed refunds and replacements cannot be made. 
Where you have ordered more than one item, we reserve the right to deliver each item separately.
We shall not be liable for any non-delivery of goods unless you give us written notice of the non-delivery within 2 weeks from the date of our shipping confirmation email date. Our liability for the non-delivery of any goods shall be limited to replacing the goods or issuing a credit note against any invoice raised, or payment made, in respect of such goods.
 
(12) Returns and Exchanges 
You can feel safe in the knowledge that you will always get the perfect result you paid for.
All Flair Atelier standard size and made-to-measure garments are manufactured specifically for each client in accordance with the information provided when the order is placed. Flair Atelier guarantees that your garment will be in perfect condition and assumes full responsibility for resolving any problems encountered at no extra charge, including costs for returning the garment to Flair Atelier and for redelivery.
You can request assistance if you experience:
Manufacturing defects – we carry out internal quality control on every garment although imperfections may occasionally go unnoticed;
Non-compliance with your order - your handmade garment may occasionally differ from what you requested. In this case, the order will prevail and is always accessible to you within your account pages. 
Note that all our products are made to order and to your personal requirements, therefore we do not hold stock for exchanges. If an exchange is agreed, the replacement product will be made in generally within 2 weeks time and should be the same type of garment and have the same value as the original. 
As the ordered goods are custom-made, the standard 28 day refund policy does not apply. This does not affect your statutory rights and does not apply to faulty goods.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately on info@flair-atelier.com. 
 
(13)  Faulty Goods
If the garment you have ordered proves defective, damaged or differs from your order, then Flair Atelier shall replace it. If you believe, on receipt, that your goods are faulty due to a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 working days from the receipt of your garment. 
Book a call with our customer care team or send an email to info@flair-atelier.com with a description of your problem. We will assess the best way to offer assistance depending on the type of problem: we will either alter the garment if possible or manufacture a new one. In any event, the customer will not be charged. Refunds will not be issued. Depending on the type of problem our customer care team will tell you how to proceed. Please, send the product to Flair Atelier within 5 days of receiving the decision. Remember to ask your post office for proof of postage and retain it for your reference. Please don't send anything back without first letting us know.
Flair Atelier takes responsibility for the cost of returning faulty goods under the condition that you return the custom-made product. 
You may only request assistance if your shirt has not be worn or washed unless otherwise stated by our customer care team. 
If you are required to return the garment you may use the original packaging or any packaging of a suitable size; we will send a courier to collect the package at your chosen address as soon as possible.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.  
If you're outside of the European Union it is your responsibility to fill in a CN22 customs form. You must write that the item is returned goods, or a repair, as applicable. Packages returned without a CN22 customs form or which don't state that the items are returned goods will automatically be rejected and returned to sender. There is nothing we can do about this so please take extra care.
 
(14) Gift voucher
A Flair Atelier gift voucher can be exchanged for goods available on-line. Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
 
(15) Personal information, Cookies and Security
Your privacy is very important to us, we take the confidentiality of your personal data very seriously. We do not disclose any of your personal details to third parties. At any time, you may gain online access to modify any of your personal details which are in our possession.
By visiting our website, you accept the practices outlined in this privacy policy, so please read our Privacy Policy for additional information. 
Flair Atelier puts its reasonable endeavors to ensure that this Website is free of viruses and other malicious or harmful content.
 
(16) Use of www.flair-atelier.com, Intellectual Property and Industrial Properties
You may not copy, broadcast, republish, download, reproduce, post, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use the content of the Website in any way or for any reason other than your own personal, non-commercial use. 
You agree not to adapt, alter or create any work derived from the Website except for your own personal, non-commercial use. If you wish to request permission to use any content of the Website, please write to us requesting written permission. 
The Website and its contents, including its services, programs, data, designs, texts, graphics, logos, icons, buttons, as well as the software, commercial names, brands, creative works, illustrations, photographs or industrial drawings and any other features capable being used for industrial and commercial purposes are property of and held in the ownership of Flair Atelier and are protected by national and international legislation concerning intellectual and industrial property.
Under no circumstances shall it be considered that Flair Atelier grants any kind of license, or engages in any form of relinquishment, transfer or total of partial assignment of the above rights, or that any right is conferred, especially in relation to the alteration, transformation, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of the contents referred to above without the prior, express and written authorisation of Flair Atelier or corresponding owners.
We reserve the right to refuse all or any requests on whatever grounds and we are not obliged to give you reasons for our refusal.
 
(17) Obligations of Users
Users must operate at all times in conformity with the law, with the norms of polite behaviour and the requirements of good faith, employing all due diligence and abstaining from using the Website in any way that may impede, damage or adversely affect the normal operation of the Website, or the goods or rights of Flair Atelier, of its suppliers, of other Users or in general of any third party.
Specifically, and without this implying any limitation of any kind of provisions of the previous section, Users shall, during their use of the Website, accept the following obligations:
- to provide truthful information in terms of the data requested in the registration form or the order form, and to keep the said data updated; 
- not to introduce, store or propagate on or from the Website any information or material that is defamatory, insulting, obscene, threatening or xenophobic, or is of a type likely to incite to violence or to discrimination for reasons of race, sex, ideology or religion, or that in any way offends against morality, public order, fundamental rights or public liberties, or against the honor, privacy or image of third parties, or in general against regulations currently in force; 
- not to introduce, store or propagate through the Website any program, data, virus, or code, or any other electronic or physical equipment that is likely to cause damage to the Website, to any of its services, or to any of the equipment, systems or networks of Flair Atelier, of any other User, of Flair Atelier suppliers, or in general of any third party; 
- not engage in advertising activities or any form of commercial exploitation of the Website, and not to use the contents and information contained on the Website to transmit advertising, or to send messages with any other commercial purpose in mind, or to collect or store the personal data of third parties; 
- not using false identities, or to supplant the identity of others when using the Website or any of its services, including the use if required of passwords or access codes belonging to third parties, or in any other way; 
- not to destroy, alter, use for the User’s own purposes, render unusable or damage the data, information, programs or electronic documents belonging to Flair Atelier, to our suppliers or to third parties; 
- not to introduce, store or propagate through the Website any content that infringes upon third parties’ intellectual or industrial property rights or commercial secrets, or in general any content for which they cannot, in conformity with the Law, demonstrate their right to place it at the disposal of third parties.
 
(18) Social Networking 
These conditions also apply to any posting, on one of the Flair Atelier affiliated websites, such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or other social networks. All comments, images, videos and other material on third-party social networks do not necessarily reflect the opinion or ideas of Flair Atelier or its employees. Therefore Flair Atelier is not responsible for such content. In any case, the entire material posted on third-party social networks must comply with these conditions and, if applicable, also with those of these social networks.
